I’m 5’6″ and weighed 120 lbs before pregnancy. Two weeks postpartum, my weight is now 145 lbs. I initially bought a bengkung belly binding from Etsy for postpartum core support due to my long torso, as one-piece swimsuits are uncomfortable for me. I thought traditional velcro stomach wraps wouldn’t provide the coverage I need, so I chose this one for its quick application and longer length.
The wrap consists of three pieces, and I manage to position the stomach and waist belts to cover my abdomen adequately. I place the stomach belt lower and the waist belt higher; while it’s not perfect, it works. I do need support for my hips, and the pelvis belt offers that, but it tends to ride up. Adjusting these pieces can be uncomfortable as they pull down on my insides, which is painful at times.
Ultimately, I prefer my bengkung binding because it wraps from my pelvic bone to just under my breasts, shifts less, and gives firmer support, especially for my hips. However, it takes about 10 minutes to put on, which isn’t feasible in the morning with a newborn and a toddler. This Keababies wrap helps me get through the mornings with enough support to stay comfortable until I’m ready for the more involved wrapping.
I give it 3 stars because it’s well-made and does an adequate job covering my stomach. I wouldn’t wear it all day, as it doesn’t provide the level of support I need, but it’s great for quick morning use.

I bought this product for postpartum use, and it’s been a week since I gave birth. I’m currently using the first stage, which is meant for immediate post-delivery use, and today I started the second stage, which can be used from the second week onwards. In six weeks, I’ll move on to the final stage. The support is excellent, and it’s easy to use. My belly is visibly shrinking compared to my first pregnancy when I didn’t use anything. I highly recommend it! I didn’t receive an instructional booklet in the box, but all the information is clearly explained on Amazon, and it’s straightforward to set up.

The belt tends to ride up while I walk, often rolling around my waist. It’s quite frustrating to constantly adjust it, especially when I’m pushing a pram. I’ve been using the hip belt alone over my support pants for extra support on my c-section scar, and this combination is much more comfortable. However, the belt isn’t quite comfortable enough for wearing under clothes, so I have to remove it when I need to use the restroom. On a positive note, the customer service team was very helpful in addressing my concerns.
