I used this belt twice daily, 4-5 times a week, diligently wiping off sweat and charging it weekly. Everything was fine until about a week ago when the vibrations weakened significantly. I was accustomed to the 6th mode at strength level 15, but now it feels like level 5. Anything below strength 10 barely registers. It seems like the device lost its power overnight, with no changes to my routine. To clarify, this isn’t due to my increasing tolerance; the lower strength settings barely vibrate anymore, and this drastic change happened almost instantly.
To make matters worse, the company that sells this product is unresponsive. I had to go through Amazon to get in touch with them, as there’s no trace of them online or any contact information available. I wear it twice daily for 20 minutes each session, which is about all I can tolerate before the discomfort sets in. I started at level 4 and have worked my way up to level 10, primarily using the sixth mode. Each mode has a distinct feel, which I appreciate.
I recommend this product, but be aware that it’s not a miracle device. However, I do want to address a couple of significant issues:
