The item offers a decent level of compression. However, I did experience some discomfort from the waistband, which left bruises on my stomach. I resolved this by wearing a t-shirt underneath. Additionally, the access point for using the restroom can be a bit awkward. On the positive side, these shorts enabled me to wear a suit that I hadn't been able to fit into since gaining a few pounds.

The material is breathable, but the elastic band keeps rolling down. A thicker band would improve it significantly.

The product fits nicely and the fabric is breathable. However, the waistband is too narrow and lacks support, causing it to fold over. I experienced discomfort as it squeezed my ribs. A wider waistband would resolve this issue.
